Loading ...The theme for today’s Flickr post is Grandparents. Since these pictures were taken two years ago, two of my grandparents, Jean and Glen, have passed away.

This last picture always makes me smile. I’m never as happy as I am when we are bar hopping in the sweltering Spanish August heat, and I love and respect Marga’s grandfather immensely.

Thanks for finding and publishing these pictures, Erik. All of your grandparents love and respect you too! What a happy circumstance when we discover that we really like family members as well as the requisite “love” which we are told to feel. No wonder you have turned into such a lovely man.
