Loading ...When we visit Marga’s folks, we sometimes bring back some very traditional Spanish food that Marga’s mother makes for us. Today, I found this staring up at me from my bowl of garbanzo-bean soup…
I ate it all. The pig snout, not the bones. Sometimes we get pig ears too. It’s all good!
That black thing is morcilla, quite possibly my favorite Spanish delicacy.
