If we live here long enough, eventually a parking space in the parking under our building will become available for some outrageously high price and we can snatch it up.</description>

		<description>I suppose they will build another residential unit there. That's the most economical use of space, from the landowner's point of view. You're right, when the new occupants move in, there will be more competition for parking. Lucky for you that you both can walk to work so you don't have to move the car except for special trips. Maybe the city will turn that playground across from you into a parking lot . . .</description>
