The first perfectly parodies just about every tech support experience I’ve ever had.
And the second is a parody of one of my favorite television shows, 24, using technology from 1994.

Took me a while to be able to see the videos, because they kept saying “This video is no longer available.” Hilarious! Do you really get people who are that obtuse? So, let’s see now, how do I publish this comment? Oh, I need to click the button! But I won’t lose any text now, will I?
