		<description>Termination specialists...ha!  I think the mafia uses those too...you know, for when you want to stop paying.

Some of my other experiences have included going into the bank and saying, "Look, I'd rather not pay this service charge," and have them say, "Okay, we'll stop charging you that."</description>
